1. Our Products

1.1 Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your selected item we reserve the right not to accept your order or offer to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality and color .

1.2 If we are unable to provide your selected item or a suitable substitution we will advise you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full within 30 days.

1.3 Our flower arrangements are priced for best seasonal availability , we will select the flowers for the arrangement/custom arrangement, taking into account style & colors.

2. Prices

2.1 Prices listed are valid for a maximum of 14 days after placing your order.

2.2 Prices include VAT at current rates (8.25%), service fees ($20.00) but exclude the delivery fees.

2.3 No Refunds. As all of our products are live florals, all sales are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued.

3. Orders / Payment

3.1 In order to fulfill your order we require all necessary fields contained within the order form to be completed with the relevant information. By submitting your order and payment details, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the site.

3.2 You must pay in full by debit, credit card or PayPal Secure Checkout in advance when you submit an order through our Website.

3.3 We cannot accept orders from customers who are less than eighteen (18) years of age.

3.4 Payment will be collected at the time of placing the order. Full payment must be received in advance before an order is prepared or delivered. If any payment is subsequently withdrawn, disputed, charged back or reversed in any way by you, you will have to pay the full amount of the sale, plus an administration fee and any additional fees incurred by Des Fleurs. 

3.5 Orders cannot be cancelled once our team has begun processing the order. In order to promptly deliver our arrangements as fresh as possible, the processing of an order starts almost immediately once you have submitted your order. Any changes to an order can only be made with our floral team’s prior approval and additional charges may apply. We strongly recommend you to carefully check your order before submitting it.

4. Delivery

4.1 We do not deliver our product outside of Houston area. We charge a flat rate of $12 for deliveries within the delivery zone calculated at checkout based on zip code. Delivery charges  will be applicable within the specified area. If you request delivery to remote areas which are not normally delivered to you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your order form.

4.2 We do not offer same day delivery option, however we do make some exceptions depending on the selection of the arrangement, and the submission time. You are welcome to contact our floral team to see if this exception can be made using our number 281.560. 3240.

4.3 Attention! The incorrect personal and delivery information submitted within the order may result delivery delays or additional delivery fees! Please, ensure that you have included all address details (including a cell phone number or/and an e-mail address) of the intended recipient .

4.4 Where a third party is involved during delivery (hospitals, schools, offices) the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization will be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

4.5 We reserve the right to contact the recipient (via cell phone) using the contact details you provide on the order form in case if the recipient cannot be reached.


5.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to our website www.dfleurs.me. We will post any changes on our website and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion. Changes will be effective 3 hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.

5.2 Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to our service for any reason at any time.

5.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in the website www.dfleurs.me , provided that in the event of a conflict between any such other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5.4 We shall ensure that we comply with the requirement of all current data protection legislation including, without limitation, the Data Protection Act 1988 (as replaced, modified or re-enacted from time to time). We shall only use personal data received from you for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions and as stated in our Privacy Policy.

5.5 A person who is not a party to the agreement between you and us has no rights to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions but this does not affect any right or remedy which exists under statute law.

5.6 Save in respect of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and us (whether written or oral) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof.
